The Office Administrative Consultant is a part-time team member who provides administrative and operational support to the President & Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director, Executive Board, consultants, committees, and special projects. This role helps keep the organization’s programs, fundraising efforts, events, meetings, records, and internal systems organized and running smoothly. Key responsibilities include database and records maintenance, event and meeting logistics, program support, reporting assistance, document and data management, and coordination of communications and workflow activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, comfortable handling confidential information, and experienced with office administration software tools. This position primarily supports virtual operations with occasional local travel and evening or weekend event support.
QUALIFICATIONS
● 2–5 years of administrative, office management, or nonprofit
experience
● Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Constant Contact, WIX, Canva, and Google Workspace
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to manage datasets with confidence and accuracy
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
● Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting a mission/vision-driven team
HOURS AND COMPENSATION
● Part-Time, 21 hrs. per week
● $21 - $23 per hour, based on experience
