The Leadership Conference is a three-day interactive, projects-based program designed to guide adolescent girls in developing marketable skills, behaviors and attitudes that will empower them to be strong leaders. The activities provided will promote self-awareness, teamwork, critical thinking and goal setting. The culminating task is to design a project that will be of benefit to their selected target group/area/cause. This unique and transformational program will challenge and inspire girls to rethink their roles in the various settings in which they may find themselves.

The 3- Day Youth Leadership Conference for Girls will take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, August 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, 2019 from 8:30am – 3:30pm at Pace University, Pleasantville campus. With a focus on the Mindset and Behaviors of Effective Leaders, we will look into Effective Communication, Time Management, Perseverance, Overcoming Fear, Managing Stress, Teamwork, SMART Goals and Action Planning. This is an exciting time and we want our girls to be doubly prepared to soar to unexpected heights as they begin to lead with confidence, purpose and passion.
