The Wellness Connection, LLC developed in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic by Keisha Cox and her daughter TyKeisha Jenkins. It began as a response to people trying to adjust to numerous changes in a short period of time. Since the day we started, we have been working to increase access to resources and services that support physical, mental, and spiritual growth. We offer comprehensive holistic mental health services to mind, body, and spirit with offerings ranging from group yoga and wellness workshops to individual coaching and therapy both in person and virtually. We support the development of other holistic providers through trainings in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. We also curate corporate and community retreats and wellness events and domestic and international destination retreats.
