Sister to Sister International (STSI) proudly welcomed Ken Jenkins to its sold-out 2026 Pre-Mother’s Day Jazz Brunch & Hat Parade, held in celebration of mothers, community leadership, and the continued empowerment of women throughout Westchester County.

A longtime supporter of STSI and its mission, County Executive Jenkins joined community leaders, professionals, supporters, and guests for an afternoon of elegance, inspiration, live jazz, fellowship, and community engagement.

During the event, Jenkins shared his appreciation for the organization and the impact of its work throughout the region:

“I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at Sister to Sister International’s Pre-Mother’s Day Jazz Brunch & Hat Parade, celebrating community and the incredible women who continue to lead and inspire across Westchester. Events like this bring people together in such a meaningful way while also supporting important work in STEAM, health careers, education, and mentorship for the next generation. Thank you to Cheryl Brannan and everyone at Sister to Sister International for continuing to create spaces that uplift and empower our communities.

Founded by Dr. Cheryl Brannan, STSI continues to serve as a leading community organization focused on advancing education, mentorship, entrepreneurship, maternal health advocacy, leadership development, and opportunities for women and youth throughout Westchester County and beyond.

The annual Pre-Mother’s Day Jazz Brunch & Hat Parade has become one of the organization’s signature community gatherings, bringing together attendees in celebration of culture, leadership, service, and community impact.
